GROUP RULES 

Read and Review before Joining!

First things First: Be nice and considerate of the other members. This should come as a no-brainer. If you deliberately insult or make another member uncomfortable through your words or actions, you will be removed.

If you have a complaint or question, talk either to the mayors or sprites.

Be conscientious of the group lore and content. This is a Harvest Moon inspired group--- topics or themes that don't seem to mesh with the HMRRI universe should be avoided and admins will address  things that don't seem to fit with the group, whether they are posted in RP or in the group chat. This includes talk of military, weapons, horror, gore, and science fiction. here are some obvious exceptions to this rule, and watered down versions of these themes might be acceptable, but members should be mindful of the Harvest Moon tone and use some tact in order to stay on-theme.

Please try to make an effort to be active in the group. Too often, we've seen people join only to fall radio silent a week into the group. We're generally very lax about this- usually all we ask is a heads up that you might be away for a while (upwards of a couple months.) Pop in to let someone know you're still interested in being in the group. We have a limited number of available jobs, and we will consider deleting apps and members that have been afk for upwards of 6 months in a row.

Marriage and dating are allowed, even encouraged! Marriage will be achieved by using Gold to purchase a blue feather. Marriage also requires a submission 3 art pieces (a combination from both parties) documenting heart events. 

NSFW: We do allow it- and this is probably our biggest branch-off from the original HM content. That being said, NSFW art will not be allowed in the group gallery deviantart. There is a locked folder on Discord where that art can be shared.

For roleplaying, the NSFW content should come with a warning or a lock


 You will only be allowed one character when you first join. We encourage you to work on building your character and their relationships before applying for additional characters.

APPLYING FOR ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS: As mentioned before, we would like our members to participate and appreciate their existing characters for some time before deciding to apply for more.

Once you’re ready to submit another character,  you would send the application for the character in the same way as you did your first character; Note us with a general description of the character, wait for approval, complete the final application form and note us the link, wait for second round of approval and then submit the art to the gallery!


 Original Art work: Any art you submit to the group must be made on your own. No tracing, bases, or having another artist create the art for you.

Submitting Art: Please attempt to submit the art to the correct folders when adding work to the galleries. If you're unsure where to place art, just ask one of the admins.

Disciplinary Actions:

In general our group is lovely and understanding, but if, for WHATEVER reason, you feel uncomfortable because of a member, please let our staff know so we may proceed to insure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

We'll try to offer warnings where applicable, but admins hold final say on member removal on a case-by-case basis.

Leaving the Group:

While we’re sad to see members go, we understand that sometimes goodbyes are necessary. If you decide to leave the group, please send us a note and let us know.
