HOW TO JOIN

Requirements
 

•  An art gallery with more than a few pieces and some recent art. Art is a big part of our group and we'd like to see that people are interested in making art before they join. Your gallery sample can be an online portfolio, deviantart gallery, link to a social media page, etc.  

•  Access to Discord. Discord has proven to be the most convenient platform for our member base to gather on 

• Access to Deviantart To be frank, this isn't so much a requirement but it is highly recommended/

• 18+ Age Limit Our group has been around since 2013, and therefore, all of our longtime members are now adults that use both adult language and explore adult themes at times. We have a discord channel for NSFW content that remains locked until members opt to join it. We require that you be at least 18 years of age in order to join our group. 

Applying to Join

You can submit your initial application either through a note on Deviantart, or through a DM to a mod on discord. Click HERE for basic access to our group discord

In the note, tell us why you would to be a part of the group! (ex. Love Harvest Moon, attracted by the artwork, looking for an active roleplay experience, etc~)

Write a brief bio and description of your character. (Name, Age, Gender, Loves, Likes, Dislikes, Hates, and a short history)

Please provide a short description of their physical appearance as well.*

Choose which class/job you'd like them to be a part of along with an “Option B” in case the job/class you’re seeking is not a feasible job within the HMRRI universe.

*Here at HMRRI we strive to keep our cast of characters unique and diverse. If we review your character and believe they resemble an existing character in the group (whether this be in appearance, backstory, or personality) we may request that changes be made in order to preserve the integrity of the existing character.

Being Accepted

Two moderators need to approve your character before you work on your final application! We will note you once the character has been given a pass!  At that point you can begin working on the final version of the application with the drawing of your character. When you’ve completed the final form, you’ll send us an additional note with the link to the final application- at that point, if everything appears good to go, we’ll send you an invitation to join the group and ask you to submit the app to our group gallery on Deviantart.


***PLEASE DO NOT send us a join request to be part of sprites! We will send the invitation!
***You do not have to draw your character in the Harvest Moon Style.

Joining the Chat-rooms

After you’ve been approved, we’ll give you access to all of the Discord chats. (Note: The chats contain some adult language and themes as well as an NSFW channel that has a lock on it)

The invite only lasts a limited amount of time. If it expires and you need a new link let us know!

If you have trouble adding us on discord, please let us know so we can work out another way of getting you the invite link.
